Mile Marker 1 (1.0 mile): From I-80, take Merle Hay Rd NORTH through Johnston to T intersection. Go EAST on NW Beaver. Continue EAST at intersection of NW Beaver and NW 66th to Toni Drive. Turn NORTH on Toni Drive to NW 37th. Turn WEST. Travel about 1 mile to Horseshoe Drive, turn WEST. MM#1 is located 33' east of the "Bike Xing" sign at the east end of Saylorville Dam Road. Mile Marker 2 (2.0 mile): From I-80, take Merle Hay Road NORTH through Johnston to T intersection. Go EAST on NW Beaver. Continue EAST at intersection of NW Beaver and NW 66th to Toni Drive. Turn NORTH on Toni Drive to NW 37th. Turn WEST. MM#2 is located 125' south of telephone pole "61" near "Saylorville Lake Visitor Center" sign on NW 37th. Aid Station #1 (2.5 mile): From I-80, take Merle Hay Road NORTH through Johnston to T intersection. Go EAST on NW Beaver. Continue EAST at intersection of NW Beaver and NW 66th to Toni Drive. Turn NORTH on Toni Drive. AS#1 is located on Toni Drive just South of NW 37th. Mile Marker #3 (3.0 mile): From I-80, take Merle Hay Road NORTH through Johnston to T intersection. Go EAST on NW Beaver. Continue EAST at intersection of NW Beaver and NW 66th to Toni Drive. Turn NORTH on Toni Drive. MM#3 is located on Toni Drive next to telephone pole #81, just south of NW Fisher Lane. Mile Marker #4 (4.0) mile: From I-80, take Merle Hay Road NORTH through Johnston to T intersection. Go EAST on NW Beaver. Continue EAST at intersection of NW Beaver and NW 66th . MM#4 is located on the south side of NW 66th, just east of Best Shot Golf and west of NW 26th. Aid Station #2 (4.4 mile): From I-80, take Merle Hay Road NORTH through Johnston to T intersection. Go EAST on NW Beaver. Continue EAST at intersection of NW Beaver and NW 66th. Staying on NW 66th, turn SOUTH on NW 26th. AS#2 is located on NW 26th about 1/4 mile south of the Casey*s General Store. Mile Marker #5 (5.0 mile): From I-80, take Merle Hay Road NORTH through Johnston to T intersection. Go EAST on NW Beaver. Continue EAST at intersection of NW Beaver and NW 66th. Staying on NW 66th, turn SOUTH on NW 26th. MM#5 is located on the east side of NW 26th just north of NW 58th. Aid Station #3 (5.6 mile): From I-80, take Merle Hay Road NORTH through Johnston to T intersection. Go EAST on NW Beaver. Continue EAST at intersection of NW Beaver and NW 66th. Staying on NW 66th, turn SOUTH on NW 26th. About a mile further there will be a large gravel pit. AS#3 is located in front of Hallet Materials at 5225 NW 26th Street. Mile Marker #6 (6.0 mile): From I-80, take Merle Hay Road NORTH through Johnston to T intersection. Go EAST on NW Beaver. Continue EAST at intersection of NW Beaver and NW 66th. Staying on NW 66th, turn SOUTH on NW 26th. About a mile further there will be a large gravel pit called Hallet Materials and a Dam to Dam Aid Station. MM#6 is located on NW 26th, less than half a mile from the Aid Station, just NORTH of the I-80 bridge. Mile Marker #7 (7.0 mile):Take Euclid Avenue to 12th Street. Turn NORTH and continue on 12th which will turn into Morningstar Drive. Continue briefly on Morningstar. MM#7 is located on west side of Morningstar Drive across from a log home with mailbox that reads "4365 Morningstar, Karpen." Aid Station #4 (7.0 mile): Take Euclid Avenue to 12th Street. Turn NORTH and continue on 12th which will turn into Morningstar Drive. Continue on Morningstar. AS#4 is located at the intersection of Morningstar Drive and NW 45th Place. Mile Marker #8 (8.0 mile): Take Euclid Avenue to 11th Street, turn NORTH. MM#8 is located 2' north of the telephone ploe near the north edge of house number 3918 11th Street. Aid Station #5 (8.3 mile): Take Euclid Avenue to 11th Street, turn SOUTH to Oak Park Avenue. Turn EAST, AS#5 is located at McHenry Park. Mile Marker #9 (9.0 mile): From Euclid Avenue, turn SOUTH on 6th Avenue. MM#9 is located on the southwest corner of Boston Avenue and 6th Street. Aid Station #6 (9.5 mile): Traveling on north on 6th Avenue, go past Hickman Avenue. Just over the Des Moines River bridge, turn WEST, then SOUTH on Birdland Drive. Birdland Drive will quickly turn EAST. AS#6 is located on Birland Drive about 1/4 mile EAST of 6th Avenue. Mile Marker #10 (10 mile): Traveling on north on 6th Avenue, go past Hickman Avenue. Just over the Des Moines River bridge, turn WEST, then SOUTH on Birdland Drive. Birdland Drive will quickly turn EAST. MM#10 is located on Birdland Drive just east of the 2nd Avenue overpass. Mile Marker #11 (11.0 mile): From University Avenue, turn NORTH on Penn Avenue. Just north of Iowa Lutheran Hospital is the entrance to the bike path. Just north of that is a parking lot. Park there and walk into the bike path. MM#11 is located on the bike path, about a 1/4 mile from the Penn Avenue entrance. Aid Station #7 (11.2 mile): From University Avenue, turn NORTH on Penn Avenue. Just north of Iowa Lutheran Hospital is Neola Street. AS#8 is located on the bike path behind Lutheran Hospital at the end of Neola. Mile Marker #12 (12.0 mile): From Grand Avenue or Locust Avenue, turn NORTH on E. 1st Street. MM#12 is located on East 1st Street, near the Armory Bldg., just north of Des Moines Street. Aid Station #8 (12.0 mile): From Grand Avenue or Locust Avenue, turn NORTH on E. 1st Street. AS#8 is located in the Armory parking lot near Grand Avenue and East River Drive.
