Massage Therapist Advice
We get older, some of us faster than others, regardless all runners
need to exercise good sense in keeping our bodies ready for the
long run. Sports Massage Therapist Mike Bender not only has words
of wisdom, but he demonstrates his insight as a well balanced and
smart runner. While in his 60s, Mike shows no signs of slowing up
by listening to his body. Mike has run over a dozen Dam to Dam races,
alternating running the 20 km in the low 1:20s or breaking 20 minutes
in the 5 km. Mike likes to run the distance that he's in shape for
and is not mesmerized by distance. Mike has worked with numerous
area runners, providing sports massage to insure good running days
